I was referred to Sam because I was suffering with planta fasciitis, as a distance runner I found this tendon issue a crippling problem. Sam came up with a good plan to aid my recovery, he worked hard to keep me on track and kept me sane. He has a great manner and approach. It was Sam's consistent upbeat method that got me back out running (albeit gently) within 6 months. I have made a full recovery well within a year and I have Sam to thank.

Sam has been helping me with my rehabilitation post ACL-reconstruction, and has been fantastic throughout. He has managed the process to ensure that I haven't had a repeat injury, and haven't taken on too much, too quickly, whilst also achieving clear and defined performance goals. On top of this, Sam has listened to my concerns every time I have visited, and has always been happy to adapt my program to deal with any new developments. Sam is also personable and friendly, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with a similar injury to mine!

Sam diagnosed my shoulder pain really quickly due to my desk position at work, and developed exercises at each session to correct and prevent pain going forward. He was really friendly and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to return for anything else and recommend to others who need the help of physio. Thanks Sam!

I saw Sam after having issues with my neck and shoulder. I play waterpolo and a quick recovery and maintaining my fitness, while still managing my injury was important to me. Sam listened to my concerns and helped me through the injury with a mix of strengthening exercises and pain management techniques. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone.

I went to see Sam after a year of trying to fix my intermittent knee tightness and pain. I am a triathlete and he readily understood the problem, devising a rehab plan that would still allow me to exercise while not overloading the injured leg. The exercises given to me were carefully explained by Sam and then rehearsed repeatedly with him (I realised how difficult it is to do them properly without somebody coaching you). When he first saw me, I wasn't able to run more than 3km without pain. A month after I ran a 60+km week with no discomfort whatsoever. Two weeks after that I ran the marathon I had registered for but had almost given up due to my knee. I thoroughly recommend Sam, especially if you have sports-related injuries.
